To Request Larger TDAI Event Spaces

Use of larger event spaces may be requested by completing this reservation form. Please note:

  • TDAI programming has priority to reserve TDAI spaces.
  • The requested space should not be included in Outlook or other event invitations until after the reservation is confirmed by TDAI.
  • Non-TDAI groups may request to run their own event in a TDAI space. In addition to the above points, the following also apply:
    • In the absence of TDAI programming, TDAI spaces will be released for use by the general OSU community 4 weeks prior to the desired date.
    • We would still hope that any events within TDAI space would be open to the TDAI community for participation, if appropriate.
    • At the start of your event, a TDAI representative will provide a brief welcome.
    • TDAI staff will not be available to assist with managing technology during non-TDAI programs.
    • Your group will be responsible for setting up, running, and cleaning up following your event.
