Jenny Grabmeier studies the science of team science and works with TDAI researchers to develop interdisciplinary, big data-enabled teams, concepts and proposals around strategic priorities; devise strategies for scaling efforts and broadening impact; and initiate large grants. She oversees TDAI's research grant programs and designs and facilitates workshops and other activities to convene collaborators around shared interests and relevant opportunities. As a consultant for funded research projects, she also contributes team science expertise and facilitation to active interdisciplinary teams to enable and enhance productivity and knowledge integration.

Prior to joining TDAI full time in 2021, Jenny was a principal and co-owner of Gifted Communications, a boutique creative agency specializing in non-profit communications, where her diverse portfolio included arts centers, civic organizations, universities and other academic entities including TDAI. Before that, she was director of communications at The Ohio State University Foundation, where she played a key role in launching the university's first $1B comprehensive campaign and co-authoring and implementing its first brand guidelines. Prior roles also include communications manager for BalletMet Columbus, arts editor of a weekly alternative newspaper, and graphic designer for a central Ohio homebuilder and a chain of 22 community newspapers.
