Interests: My research focuses on developing computational tools to improve prognostic and predictive models in sarcoma with the aim of facilitating more personalized cancer treatments. In particular, Iām interested in integrating results from sophisticated tests on patient tumors ā including next-generation sequencing, proteomics and metabolimics ā with clinical databases in order to help understand what treatments work best in individual patients. As part of this work, I have led the creation of a Sarcoma Registry at the OSUCCC ā James to allow us to capture this clinical data in a rigorous manner.
